George F White (GFW) is one of the largest residential and commercial estate agents in the North East With offices in Alnwick, Wolsingham, Bedale, Barnard Castle, Tyne Valley and Shiptonthorpe.
Contact Management System
SIS developed and continue to support a bespoke Contact Management System for GFW which manages their properties, contacts, valuations, costs, advertising and invoicing. The application uses an MS Access adp front end linked to a Microsoft SQL Server database in each office for performance and resilience. Individual office database's are continually replicated between all offices using SQL Server merge replication to ensure users see all business wide data within a few seconds.
Time Recording System
Time recording is very important for GFW’s partners/fee earners to allow them to invoice accurately. SIS developed ‘Meridian’ a time recording software application which links into MS Outlook Calendar and GFW’s Contact Management Software. Meridian can be linked into most customer systems to allow time recording without the need to re-key project and user data into a separate system.
